Delta Hotel by Marriott in Northeast Minneapolis underwent an extensive renovation that included public space, guest rooms, and exterior. To accommodate the modern business traveler, the property was updated with tailored wood finishes and contrasting custom broadloom carpet. The hotel’s pre-function spaces were outfitted with residential inspired seating groups and the guest rooms designed and furnished to support ergonomic and streamlined working conditions as well as a comfortable, memorable stay.
