Queueing plays a central role in the space that holds LaGuardia Airport’s 5 Boroughs Food Emporium. With a footprint that opens to the concourse and is defined by a central architectural column, analyzing and defining traffic patterns was an essential part of the design process. Highlighted by natural and timeless materials and colors, detailing that nods to the New York boroughs, and marquee lighting guiding the eye throughout the space, guests will have a hard time finding a more unique place to grab a bite for their flight.
